Having qualified in a local firm of accountants, Stephen then worked for Pricewaterhouse, KPMG and Grant Thornton before setting up the firm 21 years ago. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser and has a wide range of experience in advising SME businesses on their business development, structure and tax strategies. He now specialises in helping businesses grow and improve their profit and other KPIs.

For over 17 years, Matt has personally worked with hundreds of businesses providing proactive Business planning advice. He specialises in Strategy, Marketing, Profit Improvement and Team Development. He also helps businesses in the implementation of outbound, inbound and marketing communication strategies. He is an experienced seminar and workshop presenter and trainer.

Kim Upshall

After obtaining a degree in Accounting and Finance at Aberystwyth, Kim studied in Derby to obtain her qualification as a Chartered Accountant, before moving to Dorset and joining Grant Sellers. Having progressed over the last few years to Practice Manager, Kim is also our Xero champion, and regularly carries out Xero training.

Jessica joined Grant Sellers in July 2016. She is responsible for drafting accounts for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships, processing the bookkeeping for clients and assists with the preparation of external payrolls. During her time at Grant Sellers she has become Xero Certified and has been trained to use the various software programs used in the company.

Juliet Coleman

Juliet ColemanMarketing Assistant

To develop her studies Juliet joined the team as a Marketing Assistant in July 2018. She is proactively supporting the marketing department by implementing processes and operating procedures, introducing new and improved marketing initiatives and strategies. Her role includes developing brand awareness and establishing important business relationships online.
